About TKG

TKG is a boutique consulting firm that specializes in pre and peri market access support and the commercialization of pharmaceutical and biotech therapies. The company has focused expertise in rare, specialty, orphan, and oncology disease areas. 

One of TKG’s unique offerings is to partner with commercial and access leaders to embed with a company and team, acting as a virtual employee, and ultimately helping to set up the organization for long term and sustained success with its own staff of professionals.

Who Are We?

The two principals, Jim and Stephanie, have been working in the commercial space for over two decades each holding leadership positions across all of the access disciplines. This experience allows TKG to bring a cross functional and enterprise-wide view of the issues facing new therapies and quickly develop customized solutions. Jim and Steph have recent and relevant experience leading or supporting the launch of six new therapies in both start up and large company environments in just the last three years.
